Mom & I made this on Friday night after Sean & Julie were sleeping soundly in my bed We had this and another recipe (More Veggie Pasta Salad) that I will be posting later for dinner at Mom’s house on Saturday with Mom, Grandma, Grandpa, Michael, Sean & Julie (and Me & Jon of course)!
Ingredients:
- 1 Box Ronzoni Garden Delight Radiatore
- 1 Cup Light Ricotta Cheese
- 4 Cups (16oz) Shredded Italian Cheese
- 1 onion
- 1 pound turkey italian sausage
- 1 Jar canned pasta sauce
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
- Cook meat (remove skin) and onion in a pan over medium high heat until cooked through.
- Cook pasta according to package directions
- Add pasta sauce
- Put into a large bowl and add drained pasta, 1 cup ricotta, 1 package of shredded cheese & salt & pepper to taste.
- Bake at 350* for 25-30 minutes, until heated through.
- When 10 minutes remain, add other package of cheese to the top!
