A household staple…quiche! We make this every year for Christmas breakfast for anyone interested in
coming!
Ingredients:- 4 eggs
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 cup ham
- 1/2 cup rice
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 cup steamed & chopped broccoli
- salt & pepper to taste
- Cook 1/2 cup rice according to package directions & press into bottom of pie dish
- Layer with ham, broccoli and cheese
- Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour on top of other ingedients
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes (or until firm)
