Mom & I made this on Friday night after Sean & Julie were sleeping soundly in my bed  We had this and another recipe (More Veggie Pasta Salad) that I will be posting later for dinner at Mom’s house on Saturday with Mom, Grandma, Grandpa, Michael, Sean & Julie (and Me & Jon of course)!

  • 1 Box Ronzoni Garden Delight Radiatore 
  • 1 Cup Light Ricotta Cheese 
  • 4 Cups (16oz) Shredded Italian Cheese 
  • 1 onion 
  • 1 pound turkey italian sausage 
  • 1 Jar canned pasta sauce 
  • Salt & Pepper to taste 

  1. Cook meat (remove skin) and onion in a pan over medium high heat until cooked through. 
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions 
  3. Add pasta sauce 
  4. Put into a large bowl and add drained pasta, 1 cup ricotta, 1 package of shredded cheese & salt & pepper to taste. 
  5. Bake at 350* for 25-30 minutes, until heated through. 
  6. When 10 minutes remain, add other package of cheese to the top!
