Sausage & Broccoli Linguine





You need:
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 cup riccotta cheese
  • White Pasta Sauce
  • Linguine Pasta
  • Fresh Sausage Links
  • 1/2 tomato (small diced)
  • 2 broccoli crowns (cut into florets)
  • dash of: salt
  • pepper
  • garlic salt
  • garlic pepper
  • red pepper flakes
  1. Heat oil over medium, medium-high heat. When it sizzles add the sausage and sear. Turn as it browns.  Total cook time = 16 minutes. Deglaze pan with a small amount of water or cooking wine & remove sausage to a plate. 
  2. Saute broccoli (medium, medium-high heat), add 2 tbsp water and spices. Cover and steam for 4 minutes. Add tomato. Saute for 1 1/2 minutes.
  3. Return sausage to pan. Add sauce and ricotta cheese and incorporate vegetables.





Serve with french bread, and enjoy!
